At a glance
- Save the exact product, option and quantity before paying for goods.
- Match warehouse photos and unresolved requests to each order number.
- Submit only ready items, then review packing, route and international freight.
Prepare the account and a usable order record
Use an account you can return to throughout the purchase, warehouse and delivery stages. Check the contact details you will rely on for order messages. Keep your intended delivery address separately so you can review it carefully when submitting an international parcel; purchasing an item and creating that parcel are different actions.
For each candidate, record the original link, the exact colour or version, the size, quantity and the feature that made you choose it. A short note such as black zip hoodie with the full back graphic is more useful later than an unnamed screenshot. Keep product choices separate from shipping instructions so the purchaser can understand what to buy and the warehouse can understand what to pack.
Product selection and order details
Open the original product link in JoyaGoo, or use its product search. If the listing cannot be imported, the DIY Order option lets you provide the product information manually. A spreadsheet is a starting point for discovery; the selected listing contains the options you will actually order.
If a product has not been chosen yet, browse the JoyaGoo spreadsheet categories before saving the exact offer and option.
For the chart and measuring method, use the sizing guide before choosing the product’s size.
- Confirm colour, size, quantity and the current price.
- Put specific purchasing requirements in the order remarks.
- Check uncertain details with the agent before purchasing.
When search does not import the offer
Before using a manual order, check whether the copied address opens the specific product rather than a shop homepage or an image alone. Review the imported result against the original offer. A successful import does not establish that the first displayed size or price is the one you intended to choose.
If you need a DIY Order, provide enough information to identify the purchase: seller destination, product reference, selected option and quantity. Explain any price or option that needs confirmation. Avoid replacing a missing detail with a guess just to complete the form. Keep the response beside the order so a later substitution can be compared with your original request.
Pay for the goods and verify the transaction
The first purchase payment covers the selected goods and any Chinese delivery from seller to warehouse. Standard purchasing assistance has no service commission; optional services and international freight remain separate. The agent arranges a purchase from a third-party seller. Confirm the selected option and amount before authorising that purchase.
The official payment instructions describe international debit and credit cards for payments and balance top-ups. Desktop top-ups are accessed through User Center; the app uses Account and Balance. Use the methods and charges actually displayed in your account. Record the currency, transaction reference and resulting balance so you can match the transaction to the intended order.
A top-up adds account funds; paying an item starts its purchasing process. Neither action submits an international parcel. When you later select stored goods and a route, there is a separate freight payment. Keep two lines in your budget from the beginning: goods and domestic delivery, followed by international delivery and selected services.
A pending payment or an additional amount
If a payment looks unresolved, first check its transaction reference and the status inside the account. A payment under review is different from one that has not been submitted. Before trying again, compare the account record with any payment confirmation you received and ask support to clarify a discrepancy. This helps you avoid creating a second payment while the first one is still being investigated.
An additional-balance request should be reviewed against the order message. Check the reason, the selected option and the amount before accepting a change. If you do not want the revised purchase, ask which cancellation or refund options remain available at that stage. Keep the answer with the item number; an account top-up by itself does not resolve an order awaiting your confirmation.
Order status and next actions
An order requesting confirmation or an additional balance needs your attention. Read the message attached to that order rather than assuming that an earlier payment has resolved every step.
| Status | Meaning | Your next step |
|---|---|---|
| Order Processing | The purchase is being handled. | Keep an eye on order messages. |
| Purchased | The seller order has been placed. | Wait for seller dispatch. |
| Seller Sent | The item is travelling to the warehouse. | Wait for warehouse receipt. |
| Stock Arrived | The warehouse has received the item. | Allow time for inspection and storage. |
| QC Completed | The inspection stage is complete. | Review the photos and any reported issues. |
| Stored in Warehouse | The item is stored for parcel submission. | Choose when and how to ship. |
Changes, cancellations and seller delays
Contact the agent through the order when you need to change a choice or investigate a seller delay. State the item number, what you originally selected and the requested change. Ask whether the purchase has already been placed. A request sent before purchasing and one sent after seller dispatch can have different practical outcomes, so do not assume that editing a note changes an existing seller order.
An item being returned is still different from a completed refund. For a completed seller return, check the credit recorded in your account balance; do not assume this is already a reversal to your payment card. If the seller proposes another colour or size, compare that offer afresh rather than accepting it simply to keep the shipment moving.
Warehouse review and storage
Inspect the arrival photos before arranging delivery. If you need a closer view or a measurement, request it while the item is still in the warehouse. Eligible seller returns have a short application window, so deal with questions promptly.
Free item storage lasts 90 days from the stored status. Items bought from different sellers can be held for a combined parcel, but storage does not extend a seller’s return window. Check each item’s remaining storage time while waiting for other purchases.
Use the QC photo guide for the detailed arrival checklist, photo requests and handling an order mismatch.
Decide what should travel together
A combined parcel can be convenient, but it should follow the status of the actual items. In your own list, mark each purchase as awaiting seller dispatch, awaiting review or ready to consider for shipping. Review the oldest stored item first when later purchases are taking longer than expected. Waiting for another item does not pause the time already running on an earlier one.
Some goods have mailing restrictions or must be packaged separately, so not every stored selection can travel together. Ask about the exact combination and compare any proposed split before deciding. Include the separate packing and delivery arrangements in the comparison. A larger number of items in one box is not enough information to conclude that the full arrangement will cost less.
Parcel submission and delivery tracking
Select the stored items, enter the delivery address and choose an available shipping line. Review packaging options and any additional services before submitting the parcel. Product payments and international freight are separate transactions.
After the parcel leaves the warehouse, follow its tracking updates in the parcel area of your account. Seller dispatch, warehouse processing and international transit are different stages; one stage’s progress does not guarantee a delivery date for the next.
The shipping guide explains billing weight, packing choices and the separate freight quote.
A final check before you submit
Open the parcel summary and compare it with your own item list. Check that items awaiting measurements, an exchange or another reply have not been included by mistake. Read the address and route information as a new decision instead of assuming the settings used for an earlier parcel still suit this selection.
Keep the parcel reference and the included item numbers together. This makes it easier to explain a packing or delivery problem later without reconstructing the contents from several unrelated order screens. Keep the final record separate from your early estimate so you can see which figures changed after packing.
For example, if three items are stored but one is awaiting a size measurement, treat the other two as ready and leave the third unresolved. Decide whether to wait or ship the ready items after comparing the complete parcel arrangements. The useful endpoint is a reviewed parcel summary and a matched payment record, rather than a basket whose goods have merely been paid for.
- Confirm the recipient name, full address, postcode and contact details.
- Check the exact items, quantities, retained boxes and packing requests.
- Read the selected route’s limits, costs and any insurance option.
- Resolve outstanding item questions and check the payment deadline shown.
